Another facet of Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity has been proven. In 1916, Einstein postulated that bodies of significant masses in space would create gravitational waves as they would increasingly accelerate towards each other. And, as these bodies would approach each other, gravity waves would become more pronounced. As of yesterday, February, 10, 2016, news was released that observations of two black holes colliding with each other has now proven this theory. Immense gravity waves expanding from the collision have moved away at the speed of light. One of the greatest discoveries in our time is the fact that we now know time and space itself is mutable. It can be changed.

According to Lawrence Krauss of Arizona State University, he received independent confirmation that indeed the gravitational waves from the collision of two black holes had been observed.

Thursday: Scientists to provide update on the search for gravitational waves

100 years after Einstein predicted the existence of gravitational waves, the National Science Foundation gathers scientists from Caltech, MIT and the LIGO Scientific Collaboration to update the scientific community on efforts to detect them.

(Washington, DC) — Journalists are invited to join the National Science Foundation as it brings together the scientists from Caltech, MIT and the LIGO Scientific Collaboration (LSC) this Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the National Press Club for a status report on the effort to detect gravitational waves – or ripples in the fabric of spacetime – using the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO).

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the first publication of Albert Einstein’s prediction of the existence of gravitational waves. With interest in this topic piqued by the centennial, the group will discuss their ongoing efforts to observe gravitational waves.

LIGO, a system of two identical detectors carefully constructed to detect incredibly tiny vibrations from passing gravitational waves, was conceived and built by MIT and Caltech researchers, funded by the National Science Foundation, with significant contributions from other U.S. and international partners. The twin detectors are located in Livingston, Louisiana, and Hanford, Washington. Research and analysis of data from the detectors is carried out by a global group of scientists, including the LSC, which includes the GEO600 Collaboration, and the VIRGO Collaboration.

The following is a picture of the LIGO facility, as well as, a diagram of how the observation is made and processed:

This unprecedented event certainly opens more of the window to the universe. Knowing now that it is a fact time and space is changeable, ever-shifting, and inconsistent could also portend of new means of transportation in the near future.

From the beginning of the CERN project to Pope Francis’s upcoming New York City, US, visit this coming week in September, it has been speculated that not only will religion be practiced in the Catholic Christian format, we may hear more about aliens! Certainly, recent news has alluded to such an event possibly occurring. In fact, some have speculated this will be the ‘end of the world’ like so many times before? To be sure, more ‘global’ events are happening in a shorter period of time than at any other time in human history. What are you thinking about all this?

In this editorial let us take a look at the implications of so many events happening at the same time. There is going to be a huge supermoon lunar eclipse to occur on September 27-28, 2015. North America can view the event on September 27th while Europe will be able to view the eclipse on September 28th. This the first time the eclipse has occurred and it will not happen again for 32 years. Before this time, there have been reports of ‘red’ glows in the sky in parts or the earth. These reports have been received at Universal Digest.

Speculation and fear mongering has also occurred, stating an asteroid would hit earth and in short, the end is near beginning in a date range of around September 15-28, 2015. Universal Digest brought forward an article to bring about some facts regarding this event.

The upcoming papal visit to New York City has created a furor of speculation, as well. With recent statements by Pope Francis that he would baptize ‘Martians’ just like anyone else many are speculating not only disclosure, but perhaps a possibly sinister agenda may be in the offing. Alfred Valdata from New York City made contact with some interesting thoughts derived from his observations. He was a city professional who, as an employee served the people of the city for 33 years and therefore has a vested, high level of contact with others there. He stated that with all the activity going on in preparation of the papal meeting with President Obama during the same time of Israel’s sacred Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) occurs on September 22-23 the timing of the meetings are most interesting, to say the least. He noted further and quite accurately this is the same time the CERN collider will operate at full power.

As aptly noted by Alfred above, it is very interesting that such events are occurring at the same time so, let us take a brief look at the CERN collider project and what it is proposing to do. Notwithstanding, the set up of the organization at CERN and its history has been to search for the earliest evidence of the universe’s “Big Bang” theory. This included the discovery of the HIggs-Boson particle, or more commonly known as the “God particle” on July 4, 2012. Since then, various experiments have also included trying to discover an alternate or ‘rainbow’ universe. There have been some recent hiccups with magnet and equipment failures, but that has been repaired. It is true that they will conduct a full power experiment during Pope Francis’s visit in NYC. There have been some claims of the possible opening of dimensional ‘portal’ nature, but this is not verified. One of the greatest fears that has been postulated is a black hole could be created that could go out of control up to and including destruction of planet earth. Results of experiments, to date have shown that these fears are most probably unfounded.

Speculations have not only gone viral in social media and media sources, some of the most respected, and infamous individuals in news the last few years. Let us take a look at what some of these persons have said, as well as, where they stand.

Michio Kaku Image

Dr. Michio Kaku, who has an incredible, reputable history of research, who has purported the ‘string theory’, structure of civilization development and dark matter research, just to name a few of his accomplishments has stated the purpose of CERN has been to research the earliest moments of the universe (big bang) and how it happened. Of course, dark matter research is part of the project, yet there is not anything to worry about outside of civilization itself. An example of his statement is we are a level 0 civilization. If we can make it to a level 1 civilization (or planetary civilization), our chances of survival dramatically increase; however, it is unclear if we can get there.

Stephen Hawking

Dr. Stephen Hawking, a renowned physicist, was the first to set forth the theory of cosmology and is a mathematics genius in the theories of general relativity and quantum gravity. His thesis was on an ever-expanding universe, based on Einstein’s works. His recent concerns of the destruction of the universe and the possible hostile alien agenda have recently changed. He is now promoting active alien research! What about CERN…it is disappointing, to say the least he had stated. On a personal note, I loved his cameos in “Star Trek-The Next Generation”  episodes. This author adds something to consider: Science fiction becomes science fact.

Neil deGrasse Tyson Image

Neil deGrasse Tyson, a renowned astrophysicist, cosmologist, and author has also expressed concerns of opening dimensional doors to areas of which we do not know. Recently, achieving notoriety on television and having a friendship with President Obama, he still maintains his present view we may be opening doors to the universe we may not want to do. What I have stated here is so limited; however, most humans have lost the art of reading outside of pictures.

Edward Snowden Image

Then, there was Edward Snowden. Where do we start? Too few knew how to approach this apparent breach of United States of America military applications where he had broken security protocols beyond all spy levels…and active spy levels. Why did he do this? He had the best of lives and future retirement potential. He even had a totally cool family situation that could not be beat. Now, from Russia he claims that aliens are trying to contact us and we are the ones encrypting the messages from them. Why?

Looks like for today, this author has reached the end with question for all of you? What do you think is really going on?
